Best Electoral Practice Award

Shri Shekhar Dutta, IAS, District Election Officer, Kolkata South was the recipient of the Best Electoral Practice Award consecutively in 2015 & 2016. The awards were given in recognition of his commendable leadership in motivating and guiding his team to deliver noticeable and qualitative improvement in cleansing of the electoral rolls in the electoral district of Kolkata (South) in the electoral registration process during the Pre-Revision and Special Summary Revision Programme of 2015 & 2016.
